About Me

I hold a Ph.D. from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. With 17 years of extensive corporate experience, I have held senior strategic roles at leading organizations such as Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, and Mahindra. Most recently, I served as Global Partnership Head at 42Gears Mobility Pvt Ltd, excelling in building C-suite relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

My research explores how businesses creatively leverage limited resources to drive growth and innovation. An advocate for continuous learning, I foster a collaborative and mentoring-oriented approach in both academia and professional spaces.
